Training product terms and conditions

The following terms relate to the purchase of Bid Write Training Pty Ltd’s training products, whether purchased online through this website or by any other means.

Course Registration

When registering for a Bid Academy course (whether personally, or on behalf of others), you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, are authorised to enter into a legally binding contract, are authorised to make payment via your chosen method and that the registration information you have provided is correct.

I.T. / Technical Support

For courses requiring access to our Learning Management System, you confirm that you have the required level of computer literacy to participate successfully. This includes access to an appropriate computer device, the internet, an email address, a word processing application and the ability to use such. You acknowledge that Bid Academy does not offer ongoing technical IT support.

Payment Methods

Payment for training bookings can be made by credit card (upon booking), or by invoice.
We accept all major credits cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Where you elect to pay by invoice, your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received. If full payment has not been received at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled course start date, we reserve the right to offer your place(s) to other parties, without notification to you.

Cancellations

If you cancel your registration 7 days or more in advance of the scheduled course start date, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments, except Eventbrite’s booking fee (if applicable).
No refund is payable for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.

Substitutions

In the event you can’t attend a course for which you have made full payment, you may nominate a colleague to attend in your place. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request provided you advise us at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.

Minimum registration numbers

Minimum registration numbers apply per course. Any decisions by us to cancel a course due to insufficient numbers will be made no later than one week prior to any published course start date. You will be notified should this occur, at which point you can elect to transfer your booking to the next available date or request a full refund.
